Resisted Movement Training (R.M.T)

Pains in your shoulders, back, hips, knees, lower legs, ankles and feet (your kinetic chain) are often caused by postural problems and muscular imbalances. RMT identifies and corrects these to prevent injury and improve the function and movement of these areas. RMT’s unique training system begins with a full static and dynamic postural analysis to identify any problems and determine a corrective action programme. RMT uses advanced resistance-based exercises to help you correct muscular / skeletal dysfunction and both strengthen and improve your kinetic chain.

Movement based flexibility is a unique training system designed to allow the body freedom of movement. It is a progressive programme that enables you to develop functional movement and flexibility to prevent injuries, help you maintain good posture and increase your training potential.
