He aims to achieve the very highest standards possible in personal training, injury management, nutrition and weight management
Paula Collier-Ward
Paula Collier-Ward BSc Osteopathy (Hons), Dip Heath, RGN/RM Osteopath Paula started her career in nursing and specialised as a midwife.  She then fulfilled her ambition to work in musculoskeletal medicine and trained in chiropractic techniques before qualifying as an Osteopath.  Her philosophy is ‘To help you be the best you can be and enable you to stay that way’.
Shelley Cowlishaw
Shelley Cowlishaw City & Guilds Level 3 in Body Massage (Distinction) Sport Massage Therapist Shelley has always had a passion for sports & physical education with a personal interest in fitness and wellbeing.  It became a natural progression to have an interest in massage which goes hand in hand with her own personal training
Nick Fenton
Nick Fenton BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy with Honours from Salford University Physiotherapist Nick also achieved a Diploma in Sports Science & Medicine from The University of Birmingham. He is HCPC registered, CSP registered. Pre-qualified as a chartered Physiotherapist, Nick was a professional footballer playing for the likes of Manchester City, Notts County, Rotherham amongst others.
Becky Whitehall
Becky Whitehall Bachelor of Science in Podiatry from the Birmingham School of Podiatry Podiatrist With a BSc in Podiatry from Birmingham School of Podiatry, Becky joined the Total Body team. Podiatry adds a new stem of expertise to the Total Body team allowing us to look after your feet effectively to get the most out of training and prevent future injuries.
Jo Luft
Jo Luft BSc Osteopathy (Hons), DIP Sports Massage Osteopathy Jo has experience in Kinesio taping and  also specialises in Medical Acupuncture, these additional skills paired with her expertise in her field make her fully qualified to tend to your needs, whether its to maintain your body or repair pre-existing injuries.
