Sometimes getting to the start line can be a bigger challenge than crossing the finish line!  Whether you're gunning for your first 5km Park Run or have set your sights on going the distance in an Ironman Race, or maybe you've got a dream to climb one of the 7 summits or swim Windermere!  Whatever your big event, we can help you stay focussed, avoid injury and get conditioned for your event.

Event coaching covers everything from the obvious physical fitness to nutrition & hydration planning to general wellbeing, energy and stress management.  We'll get you in optimum shape physically & mentally so you can look forward to that taste of success!  We'll be training you based not just on our skills and knowledge, but on our personal experiences of "going big" ourselves or having already trained clients to succeed before; we know how it feels!
