I first came to Total Body for a one-off Sports Massage with Simon. He asked about my previous back pain and treatments and in the end was able to identify what he thought the problem might be. So I visited my Chiropractor to examine it further and I was told that I did have a mild scoliosis which is what Simon thought it might be. I was introduced to a fitness programme at the gym to help improve my back and own fitness. I then shortly began a posture training course.
This would identify my weakest areas and help strengthen them and in the end improve my overall posture. Every couple of months I have a posture assessment and each time the improvements are amazing. There are still improvements to be made but it is almost perfect
