Shelley Cowlishaw
Shelley has always had a passion for sports & physical education with a personal interest in fitness and wellbeing. It became a natural progression to have an interest in massage which goes hand in hand with her own personal training
I hated every minute of training, but I said, don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life like a champion
